Well I live in Vancouver Washington I'm looking for multiple units that I can fix up and hold I already own one and I'm looking for help to secure more units I have found the distress duplex that I'm interested in but I have not got my real estate license so I can not research the MLS therefor I need help maybe there's a mentor out there for me I have cash but I just don't know how to use it....
