Hello, everyone!

My first home was a 2/3 townhome in Florida that I bought for $220,000 in September of 2018 and sold in March 2021 for $305,000. Fantastic profit for my first go of it. I’d love to take credit and say I had a plan, but I really lucked out. Honestly, this is what got me into wanting to become a real estate investor. 

My background is STR Property Management for 2 1/2 years and leasing/property management for the past year. I manage renovations currently, along with leasing out units. I would love to connect, so feel free to reach out!
