Hello! My name is Kelly Coca and I am new to the Bigger Pockets Community and am extremely excited to be active here and receive any advice, guidance and tips to start my real estate journey! Firstly, I would like to start off with wholesaling. Therefore, it would be greatly appreciated to get any advice on what are the beginning steps. I have a general understanding of wholesaling, however any other advice would be appreciated!
