Newbie from Seattle
Hi Folks,
I'm a newbie from Seattle. A friend shared their REI plan Friday night (yes that's right) and I was intrigued. They had great initial success, but I tend to be cautious about schemes that seem too easy.I started researching and found this site and saw various viable options.
REI has so much potential, and I have been looking to become self-employed in the next 3 years. REI has always been an option, but I didn't know how to start.
Initial goals are to start wholesaling in my area. I'm a researcher and a hustler, plus my day job is marketing/internet marketing/ brand and website development which should help long term. I want to start buying and holding SFR properties and land lording - 5 is my initial goal.
I'm looking to connect, share stories, and gain mentorship. I'm super excited.
