Hello everyone,

After many hours of reading BP forums and learning from each of you, I am finally ready to jump into purchasing my first multi-family property in the Los Angeles market. The market is extremely competitive, but I've come too far to let it deter me. I'll be exercising patience and hoping for miracles in the meantime. Wish me luck!
