Hello from Richmond, Virginia
Hello everyone!
I am looking to get into some cash flow investments in Virginia and/or Arizona. In 2020 I bought a timber property and that is a great investment but it has very limited cash flow given that harvests are every 25 years per stand!
My timber property is located in a Qualified Opportunity Zone so I am interested in developing the bare land and learning more about that process. It could be great for residential properties or STR because it neighbors a state forest and park with miles and miles of trails and a large lake.
I am prioritizing opportunity zone opportunities because I already have a business structure setup to facilitate investments and management. I am a long term investor so buying and holding for capital appreciation aligns with my investment goals and tax strategy.
I am here I am trying to learn how to evaluate investment prospects and how to build a management team to help me remotely manage the business.
I look forward to meeting you and learning a lot from the experience and expertise of this community!
