Hi, My name is Elisha. I currently live outside of Philadelphia, PA. I'm a credit executive in the casino industry. I recently graduated with a degree in English. I'm very new to real estate; however, the more research I do it seems like owning property as a way to diversify your income/assets is a good path to success. My partner and I are looking to buy a duplex, triplex or quadraplex outside of Philadelphia as our first investment. We would like to use FHA to purchase the home. We plan to hold on the property long term (5-10 year minimum, hopefully longer)and become landlords.
