New investor trying to learn and grow

Brandon Richter
Posted

Rookie real estate investor here. I am a full time Firefighter/Paramedic in Bossier City Louisiana.  Found bigger pockets through Brandon Turner’s books and have been consuming content ever since. I have had the desire to get into real estate for quite a few years but took me some time to get the wife on board. My goal is to get into buy and hold properties. I have been saving capitol for down payment and rehab cost to purchase my first property and hope to have enough by mid summer. Looking forward to interacting with the community and appreciate any and all knowledge and experience I can grow from and hopefully one day pay it forward. Thank you all in advance.
