College Kid Looking at Tennessee

Hey all,

I am a college student, wrapping up my final year, studying commercial real estate and finance. I am going to make the move to Tennessee here very soon to help my parents set-up their house and build out my pop's business.

I have been researching and looking at the Knoxville area for Tennessee. I am curious if anyone has any recommendations for lenders, mortgage brokers, realtors, contractors, or other real estate investors I can be in touch with. I am grateful for any help or contacts that I can help out as well in any way.

Also, if anyone knows of any positions or opportunities to work with a real estate investor, I'll do whatever is needed, even getting them coffee if it means I can learn! I would love any recommendations.

It appears I am asking a lot and not giving much back, however, I know I am going to be able to give back ten-fold when the time comes.

Thank you very much, I appreciate your help,
Danny
