New to investing looking forward to learning more.
Hey my name is Victor, I'm looking forward to being apart of this community. I listened often to podcasts a few years ago. Some how life got in the way and I didnt do anything with the knowledge I gained. So I am starting over and this time I am going for it. I want to purchase single family and multi family homes. I plan to pull equity from my house for the first down payment. I hope to scale and build some momentum. I look forward to being able to be apart of this and networking and learning. Maybe someday I will be able to give back and help other people with there journey.
Thank you
@Victor Cook - Congrats on making the decision to make something happen. The best advice I can give you is to get that first deal done. Don't try and wait for the stars to align, it will never all be perfect. Once you have your first deal, you've got momentum!
Good luck!

Thank you guys for the words of encouragement. I just talked to a friend last night that was saying the same thing. The first is the hardest and to just start. I am going to now figure out how to finance a deal and start looking hard. Thanks again I hope to keep in touch and let you know when it all comes together.
