New investor in Topeka Kansas

Dylan Vickery
Posted

Hello Everyone,

I have been a avid listener of the bigger pockets podcast and I am looking to put some of the knowledge I have gained to the test in Topeka Kansas. I am 22 years old with some background in home remodeling, the type of investing that really interests me is buy and hold properties. I bought my first house at 20 which I currently live in. I hope to buy my first rental within the next year.
