Hello, my name is Josh and I am located in metro Atlanta, GA. I have had a passion for REI, but just recently took the plunge on my 1st 3-unit property. Biggerpockets has been great for education and connections. Looking forward to this marathon adventure! A fun fact about me is I have a sweet black pug that is really hard not to feed table scraps. She begs so well!
