In the dallas area looking to network with local investors. VERY new to REI and wholesaling. I'm looking to make my first deal within the next 30 days. Are there any seasoned investors willing to take on a mentee/assistant/intern? I appreciate any feedback.

Hey Monique, love the fire! Would highly recommend going to a few in-person meetups this week. You can find them on meetup.com, they're all over the DFW. I find this in-person connection makes a much stronger and lasting impact when networking. Best of luck!
