Hello everyone!!! 

My name is Hussein, and I found BP a few days ago. I think the podcast is just amazing, and the forums are even better. My intent is not to make this a long post. Instead, I just wanted to say hi! 

I hope to do my first house hacking here in Toronto before the end of the year. I got myself all the books I could think of, and I am listening to the podcast nonstop. 

Hopefully, you will see me around here asking for specific advice in the not-so-long future.
