Hello everyone, 

I am a newbie from Ontario, Canada, new to rental property investment. I would love to connect with Canadians investing in Canada and especially USA. It is almost crazy to find a positive cashflow deal in Canada, at least Ontario. Furthermore investing in US has its own challenges for foreigners which includes financing, property management, taxes etc. It will be super cool to connect with people and discuss more and may be work together someday!
