New Member in Atlanta

Hello BP,

I'm Derek currently living and seeking to invest in Atlanta. A little about myself, I've owned several businesses in the past and looking to do my first deal in the coming months. I'm a service-disabled veteran and have a bachelors in corporate finance.

Got my girlfriend, who's a foreclosure attorney in NY, interested in residential real estate and our goal is purchase property in low-income communities for rental income. We'd also like to try out other avenues such as wholesale, commercial properties and flipping later. But for now, I'm just anxious to get the first deal done.
