Newbie to Real Estate (Introduction)

Hello everyone! My name is Dante Badia and I am 22 years old. I am currently pursuing a major in Finance and completing courses to get my real estate license. I am currently unemployed and focusing on investing on myself through education. I recently found BiggerPockets and I have been addicted to there content ever since. I currently watch multiple podcasts and series of BiggerPockets every week. I have also read rental investing by Brandon Turner, BRRRR by David Greene, and I am currently halfway through Long Distance Investing by David Greene. My goal in the future is to buy cash flowing properties out of state and assembling a core four of rockstars in my target market. I also hope to become an agent to help my family sell there real estate. Our family will one day have to sell our apartment complexes in Long Beach California and I hope I can represent my family on the sale.
