Long Distance Flipping

Hey guys!

For the longest time, it’s been a dream of mine to flip houses full time. I live in Murfreesboro, TN and would love to invest there, but it’s way too expensive. I’m originally from around Jackson, TN (west TN) which is about 2 hrs 30 minutes away from where I live. I’d rather invest there because I know the area better and it’s a lot cheaper. If I can find someone I trust that I could partner with that would be able to be at the project more than I can, would it be smart to still invest living that far away? Any suggestions or advice?

Also, anyone looking to invest in the west TN area?
