Hello, I'm Larry Pauly, member of The Varma Realty Group at Cincinnati's Coldwell Banker Hyde Park office! I have been rehabbing houses for a while and investing in several more recently. I help investors navigate our unique market and my team, including Jordan Noble-another BP member, know how to get things done! We have excellent contractors, active investors and eager agents to help us find new projects. But we all know there's always an opportunity to learn, so I'm here for that.
