My name is Chris Wong, I currently live with my wife and daughter in San Ramon, CA. I am looking to get into retail commercial real estate. I've been working with a real estate agent, trying to find a property <1.3M with good cash flow and some kind of value add opportunity. Submitted a few LOIs already but nothing has been accepted yet. Looking forward to reading up on all the great advice on here!
