Find Investors When Starting a Sports Performance Center
Whats going on Bigger Pocket's Fam,
I am new to this platform and interested in knowing ways on finding investors. Whats does investors look for? Any investors looking to help build a Sports Performance Center? What about a Business Plan? Are investors more concerned about the money or the vision (considering I've been in business for 4yrs)?
I am a owner of a company called Benswic, Inc based in Harlem, NYC. I've been a owner for 4yrs. My business at the moment caters both Youth and Adult fitness, focusing on Sports Performance training. There's nothing like what we offer in the area and will definitely be in competition with other businesses like Asphalt Green, Chelsea Piers and other establish businesses. Since being open I've developed the reputation in training youth athletes from most sports in improving their overall athleticism. We're in a 650sqft space and have already out grown the space. An available space has presented itself as an opportunity to become the first Sports Performance Center that sits 16,000sqft that provides a basketball court, 50m indoor track, indoor pool and 9 classrooms that could be easily converted into different fitness rooms. This would be an amazing space for something that I do but in other areas. This will allow to kill multiple birds and one stone. I'm committed in providing the necessary resource to better the athletes/community amazing service.
I have a goal in tackling this space by the end of the year. I'm here to connect and be coached to grow an empire.
Appreciate your time and thank you in advance!
Kind regards,
William Marshall
