Hello to all BP members! My name is Randy Rafael and I am new to real estate investing. I currently resides in La Mirada CA. My wife and I just recently purchased out first rental property in the Quad Cities (Bettendorf Iowa). Our family lives there and we are familiar with the area. Our plan is to purchase 5 rental properties in the next 6-8 years. This site is amazing! I gained so much information in the last three weeks.
