Thanks for reply's guys. Ive been absorbing everything I can lately but I just feel overwhelmed sometimes. My goal is to have a few properties as rentals for steady income and hope that they appreciate over time. Also since I can acquire capital rather easy, I would like to start buying fixer-uppers and fliping them. I have cash and youth on my side, but I dont want to be too aggressive. Thanks again guys, any ideas are appreciated.
