HELOC withdraw period frozen
Hello, I have a HELOC on a property I have been renting out for a few months now. My bank said since it's no longer my primary residence, my withdraw period ended and I can only pay down and no longer have a LOC. The HELOC was for my entire mortage, current LTV estimate would be 63%. Should I go to another lender start a new HELOC, refinance, What is my best option?
