Hi there,

Newbie here and just learning the ins and outs of real estate investing. I saw on one of the webinars on BP some kind of spreadsheet being  used to analyze markets. I can't seem to find it on BP but it said we can find it on the site. Does anyone know of where this might be or help me locate it?
