How to find reliable lenders and agents for a first time flip

Posted

I am completely new to real estate investing, and have little knowledge and no experience. I’ve watched numerous videos and podcasts from bigger podcasts and decided I want to venture into the brrr method. I live in Louisville Kentucky and am 23 years old I have a family with 3 children and not a lot of money saved up. What roads should I go down to get my journey started, where can I find local lenders and agents to help me find my first property and the money to find the deal ! I’ve been eager but haven’t made the leap yet. I’m ready! Can anyone can help me with probably some simple questions and maybe build some quality relationships to build my confidence up to get moving !
