Hi guys new to the site and excited to connect with everyone! I'm new to investing and currently own two cash flowing properties. One in particular I have built enough equity to buy another investment. So here is the issue I'm currently having. If I pull equity out and buy another investment property, then that leaves me waiting to build up more equity for future investments. Thats basically what's stopping me. Any suggestions out there would be awesome. I'm ready to pull the trigger and get this done but need some guidance. Hope to network and learn from this community!!!
