Information about onboarding with a Broker

Deonny Holland
Posted

Hello,

I have been searching on this site and also everything else on the web plus books and Real Estate videos etc. I need this question broken down into examples if its more than one please if possible. I am VERY curious about selling houses; however, I don't have funds to do so, and I feel way more comfortable working with a broker starting out. How do you get into working with a broker? Does it cost money to start working with a broker? So far, the research I am getting is, you make x% off commission after closing. I just want all information I can get to make sure this is the right career path I want to jump into. I plan on taking my realtor schooling (FL) next month.

Thank you so much,

De Holland
