I just joined BiggerPockets and would love to introduce myself! I am a new real estate agent in Wisconsin approaching two years in the business. Prior to being an agent I had several jobs in various industries from eCommerce website development to truck driving, including serving with the Army National Guard as an artilleryman. I decided to give real estate a shot after seeing others in my network having success. In my first year I closed nine transactions with a 2.36 million dollar volume, out performing some Veteran agents in my office. This year is already taking off like a rocket! I will have 1.37 million dollar volume by the end of February. In August I will hit the two year mark and will qualify to start taking Real Estate Broker courses, which I hope to get licensed by the end of the year or early 2023.

Real estate investing has always piqued my interest. Earning some decent sized commission checks I wanted to make that money start working for me by investing some of it into BRRRR properties. Before finding BiggerPockets, I was following investors on Instagram wondering about the process of obtaining your first investment property. It wasn't until I met a BiggerPockets member, who I just recently helped purchase a property in my area, that I learned about BiggerPockets and its benefits. We already talked about doing a deal together on a property but both of us are brand new to the idea.

This year I would love to get my hands into my first investment property and I an hoping that what I learn through BiggerPockets will get me started. Anyway, I look forward to the time with everyone!
