Is it worth adding the extra thought and work?
New here, but hello everyone! We’re needing some opinions/advice. So my wife and I are 25 years old and we’re doing a full remodel to our personal house. We’ve done everything ourselves and plan on doing everything ourselves until we finish. The main reason we didn’t want to contract our house out is because we do have interest in flipping homes on the side, and it’s fun for us. My question is, is it worth getting into an investment property right now while we’re working on our personal home. We’re just about 3/4 finished with our renovation. That being said, we talked about contracting this possible investment property so we wouldn’t have to work on it ourselves.
