Newbie Investor From South Jersey

Hey, everyone! Just wanted to hop on here and sort of put the "rubber to the road" of my investing journey. My wife and I recently had our first baby and during my paternity leave I wanted to do something productive during my limited free time in between bottle feedings and diaper changes. We had a copy of "How To Invest In Real Estate" and man can I say I was instantly hooked. From here I read "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and have a whole line of other Real Estate investing books lined up. I am looking to purchase my first rental property sometime at the end of this year, and want to use this time leading up to my first purchase to learn/save as much as possible. That being said, if you are from the South Jersey area (Cherry Hill, Marlton, Medford, Pennsauken, etc.) I would love to meet up and possibly pick your brain on some investing topics.
