Looking to connect with Austin investors & wholesalers

Hello fellow BP team - I own 2 rental properties in the Austin area & hoping to expand my portfolio. Both properties were purchased off the MLS, and that's gotten more difficult because of the current state of REI in my area. I'm here to learn how to diversify my strategy and meet other investors in my area.
