BP Lease draft - Tenant/Landlord

We live in Minnesota. Just purchased the lease docs. from BP. Can anyone tell me where the Landlord and Tenant are identified in the lease draft? That is, where I fill in their names? I don't see it in the first section (1.) "Parties and Premises".

Thanks for any assistance!
