Just Moved To Tampa - Looking To Meet Fellow Investors

Hi All - My fiance and I just moved to Tampa and we are looking to meet some other folks interested in real estate. We previously lived in Virginia Beach and are originally from Boston. We are at the beginning of our real estate investing journey so any advice is greatly appreciated. Just as important, we'd love some food and drink recommendations in the area!
