My name is Alain or Al for short. I began listening to the BP podcast in the latter half of 2021, and boy is it informative! It's the first thing I listen to when I wake up, and I am absolutely astonished at all the new things that I learn! 10/10!

I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to you all. I am a licensed realtor based in Miami, FL. I am from Miami, Miami Beach to be exact, and I have seen my city transform throughout the years, especially now at an accelerated rate. My real estate path began in residential, but now I primarily focus on commercial & investment properties.
