Happy new year everyone! I'm Emmanuel, and I am looking to begin my real estate investing journey by getting into the BRRRR strategy either this year or the next year. As of now, I'm mostly looking to learn as much as I can while saving for my first property until my downpayment is ready to get my hands dirty.
