Am I doing this right?

Hello, Everyone! 
     My name is Morgan, I am from the beautiful Green Mountain State (Vermont/802) I’m am here because I have finally started the education process of real estate investing. My primary interest is long term rentals at the moment. I would like to take the next year to educate myself as best as I can in the world of real estate…this isn’t a cop out ‘analysis paralysis’ kind of statement - I fully intend on jumping in in 2023. 
I have been investing in the stock market (mainly through ETFs) for the past 3.5 years and have been in love with it (everyone’s a genius investor in a bull market) but my desire to create an income generating machine with rentals is something I have long wanted to do. 
I have already purchased a few of Bigger Pockets publishers books and read them nightly, taking notes and meditating on some of the content. I also listen to the podcasts, and sign up for every webinar (even when I’m working my w2 job) and am able to listen to it on my Bluetooth headphones while still being productive. 
     I guess the point of this post is to say hello and to start chatting and asking questions in the future with those who have similar interests, and my friend group does not - barring one. 
     If any of you have any must have media informative pieces you think I absolutely must look into please send me links or titles! I look forward to interacting with you all!
