Hey all, are there any in person Real Estate Investing meet ups in San Francisco or nearby?  I understand I may be looking for a needle in a haystack considering the extreme social distancing habits in SF. I've looked around online but they are all virtual.  Anyone in the area interested in starting a bi-weekly/monthly group?  I am a newbie and would like to expand my network.
