Looking for a Part-Time Job

Hello everyone, this is my first post and I am not sure too sure if it is a good post but I figured I'd give it a shot. I am full-time college student majoring in finance and I am very eager to start investing in real estate. I was wondering if anyone is hiring or has any jobs that involve REI which could be done remotely. As of right now, my main focus has been reading books and listening to podcasts, but I would much prefer if I could get some involvement in the investment process. If this counts for anything, I have my real estate license in Virginia but am currently only a referral agent. I also have some experience with excel.

If anyone does not think this is a good idea, I would also appreciate it if you left some tips on how to further grow my investing career.

Thank you for your time! It is greatly appreciated :)
