Hey, Im a new investor, did my first house hack and bought my first duplex last February in Newark, NJ. Still struggling getting where I want to be financially and in terms of investments. I've learned a lot of lessons throughout the year from failure, however I'm really looking to obtain the knowledge that will help me cut down on my mistakes and maximize my investments. I'm just a new investor looking for guidance. I'm glad I found bigger pockets and I hope this takes me to the next level.
