New REI in Chattanooga, TN

Hello BP Community! I am new to REI but really excited to join everyone on this journey. I am looking to invest in my local area of Chattanooga, TN. I am particularly interested in multifamily properties. Being new, I'm looking on the smaller side (3-4 doors) until I get some experience then move to larger deals. I am very interested in connecting with others in the community, building relationships and collaborating with others on their REI journey. I would love to connect with others at a local meet-up but I am having some trouble finding one. The Chattanooga REIA looks to be inactive on their website and facebook. Any suggestions?
