New South Florida Investor, ready for my first investments

Hi Everyone,

My name is Seb and I am based in South Florida, living in the beautiful town of Parkland. I've been contemplating investing in Real Estate for a while now, and spent the last year educating myself on the topic. There is so much to learn, I love it!!! I've been quite successful climbing the corporate ladder with the big tech companies, and thus making comfortable income. Now is time to start investing.

I've been working on my strategy for a month now, but I'm kind of getting stuck with the incorporation part of it (I founded and run companies in the past, so comfortable with it). I understand the pros of having a LLC for holding assets, However, I'm afraid I won't be able to obtain personal loans to finance the property, and thus will have to get a commercial loan, with less favorable terms. Is that correct ? or are there other ways to do it?

Anyway, I'm so glad to have finally joined the BiggerPockets family and I hope I'll be able to meaningfully contribute to it.

Cheers,

Seb
