What would you do with $10,000?

About myself: I am 21 years old, married, just bought a house but can barely save any money. I want to change that with real estate investing. I have been listening and learning about realestate investing as much as I can.

My mom recently passed and I am going to inherit around 50k from her home after everything is set and done.

I want to invest most of it and pay off some small bills with what I can.

What I want to know is, what would you do with 10k in my position?
