Hello everyone, 

My name is Martin David, I am a new member to Bigger Pockets and the Real Estate Industry in general. However I am eager to learn as well network with like-minded & local individuals who can help steer me in the right direction.

1. I am located in Halifax Nova Scotia, specifically Hammonds Plains. 

2. My goals on Bigger Pockets is to find and connect with local Real Estate Investors to whom I may learn how to get started. 

I am looking to gain insight on how to leverage family-owned land to potential investors to build a multi-plex with the intention of a house-hack. 

3. By day I am a Digital Artist / Content Creator for a local children's T.V. channel and by night I am getting in my exercise chasing my little one around the house.
