Hello! I am a real estate investor in the Midland, MI area and my company is Fair Estates LLC. I was born and raised in Troy, MI and went to school at Michigan State University. I owned a liquor business for 3.5 years and sold it in order to reinvest into my first quadplex. I currently own 5 units and wanting to further expand my portfolio mostly with small multifamily. I currently use Turbo Tenant for all of my management software and I am also interested in starting my own real estate property management. Looking to make connections and find deals on the MLS.
