Welcome to BP. There are lot of helpful folks here and plenty from the Boston area. Medford is a great place to have a multi-family (we owned there for 8 years) - you won't have trouble drawing interest. But its tough to find a property that will deliver solid returns. I've found better leads further out in the suburbs. Best of luck and let us know how it goes!
