New Investor in Las Vegas/Henderson NV Area

Hello BP community! This will be my second BP new member intro post. My first intro I was living outside of the Los Angeles area and my real estate investor aspirations sadly never gained momentum. This was primarily due to the fact that I lacked one crucial resource -- working capital.

Fast forward several years, I've recently relocated to the Las Vegas, NV area and purchased my primary residence in Henderson. I'm looking to acquire condos, townhomes or apartment as buy and hold investments that meet the following three conditions:

  • Quality location
  • Equity in the deal (i.e. bought under market value or the ability to forcibly appreciate)
  • Cash flow positive by year three

I'm an all cash buyer who has spent the time to build the working capital and educate myself as best as possible. I'm now at the point where I'm ready for action. I'd love to connect with local agents, wholesalers, investors and other real estate professionals as we take this journey together.

I look forward to meeting everyone!

-Chris
