New User. Is being a member worth a year of MLS dues?

Love the BP podcast. finally decided to explore their website and the tools it has. Was not aware that the annual membership cost was almost as much as my MLS dues! Now I see why the website is advertised throughout the books/podcasts on repeat. You can access the same rental calculators on multiple websites for free, I do not see where $500.00 annually is worth it. Insane.
