Jumping in full time 2022

Hey all, new guy here just dropping in to introduce myself as I hop into Real Estate full time this year! 24 years old and I currently live in Grand Rapids, a small town in northern Minnesota. I purchased my first property in June of 2019 which was a fix & flip that would be my primary residence. Before that project was done, I was hooked and on the hunt for my next property (a quick flip), which than gave me enough capital to begin acquiring rental properties. June of 2021 I became a Licensed Realtor and July 2021 I was able to sell my primary and profit $190k! 2.5 years later I now have 6 units 2 SFH, a triplex and my new primary which is a bit of a flip. 2022 I am on the hunt for some flip/wholetail deals and going to add as many units to the portfolio as possible.
