STR - Investment Property potential calculations

Hi BPFam,

I am new to this platform, I am looking into a property and planning to do STRs through property management, but how do I analyse the property potential ? I did explore some websites like AirDna and rabbu but its showing the numbers just based on the number of bedrooms and area., but I need something more practical numbers! Can any one help me with that ? (things like mountain views/unique location , esthetic look etc.. plays important role in STR )
